Classic, traditional, delicious, ramen. The only reason why I don't come here more often is because of the rediculous wait. We got the Fong Noodle, a spicy miso ramen, and a regular ramen. Both ramens were savory, umami, and super meaty. The Fong Noodle was delicious as well. If you want a different taste, I suggest getting a side salad for just 1 dollar. The dressing they use is so delicious! Overall, a great warm meal!
